Rules & Guidelines of Mousuni Island

NOT allowed

1. Don’t Disturb The Village Life.

2. Do not litter plastic bags or garbage of any kind to the sea or the island. As you know the island is a bio-diverse hot spot you must take care of nature and wildlife.

3. Boating will not be our responsibility.

4. Take precautions if you wanna bathe in the sea.

5. Do not go to the sea intoxicated.

6. You must carry at least one original officially valid documents (like PAN, Voter, Aadhar, Driving License, and Passport) and a photocopy of the same of the lead traveler.

7. Loud music not allowed after 9.00 P.M.

8. Any misbehavior, fight, or criminal activity is strictly prohibited and will make you  accountable/answerable under legal purview.

9. LAVICA DELUXE COTTAGE & RESORT is not legally responsible for any kind of mishaps that happened to you. Take care and due precautions.
10. Alcohol consumption is allowed but no obscene will be allowed.
11. Identity card is strictly required during the time of hotel stay. For every one, only one identity card is required.
12.  Within 9.30pm all music should be stopped.

13.  By 10.00pm the main gate of our camp will be closed.

14. Single Person occupancy is strictly not allowed. There should be at least two adults during check in. 

15.  Please Ensure each child must carry age proof, otherwise the host may conclude to put a child into the adult category and put additional charges.

16.  Guests must lock their doors and windows when not in the room. Management will not be liable for loss or damage to the guests’ belongings. Guests are requested to take care of their valuables during their stay.

17.  Keep fire away. Do not kindle fire, Do not throw away lighted matches, cigarettes etc. Smoking is not allowed in public areas like reception, lobby, restaurant.

18.  Male visitors are not allowed in the female guest’s room and vise-versa, in that case they can meet each other in reception or restaurant. 

19.  In case any damage or loss to the property by guests during their stay, it will be the sole accountability of the guests and the host will levy damage, charges as deemed fit.

• Lavica Deluxe Cottage & Resort reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid ID. All guests must be at least 18 years old to eligible to Check-In to Lavica Deluxe Cottage & Resort without a guardian.
• Check out time is 10 AM. Check-in time at 11:00 AM. Early check in and late check out are possible on a case-to-case basis upon prior conversation with the Hotel. The hotel may charge fees for early check in and late check out.

1.      We don’t have any refund policy.
2.      We do have booking reschedule policy and reschedule booking date must be within 3 months from the very first check in date.
3.      Booking reschedule after 24hrs from the check in date will be considered as No-Show.
4.      The following Terms and Conditions automatically applies on confirmed bookings made by Guests at Lavica Deluxe Cottage & Resort. Lavica Deluxe Cottage & Resort is free to change the cancellation rules as and when necessary, without any notice or information.

• All guests are requested to provide a valid photo ID at the time of Check-In.
• Valid ID Accepted: Driving Licence, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport.

All categories of rooms allow only two (2) adult guests per room with one (1) minor up to age 6 years. The hotel provides an extra bed with an additional charge.

Food and Lodging for one Child below 5 years is complimentary.

Lavica Deluxe Cottage & Resort allow pet in the guest room.
